Segfault with Normaliz 3.10.1

With Normaliz 3.10.1, the tests of ToricVarieties_project in our CI segfault.

I have disabled the tests of ToricVarieties in our CI: homalg-project/homalg_project#588 If this issue is fixed, feel free to create a PR with a revert.
