Providing a musllinux aarch64 cp313 wheel for matplotlib

I have an integration (tibber graph) that uses matplotlib, and runs into a conf flow error. It turns out matplotlib on HA on RP4 relies on the Home Assistant wheels index, which currently does not provide a musllinux aarch64 cp313 wheel for matplotlib.

Forgive for bluntly asking for this here, I’m not 100% sure if this is the place, as I’m kind of new to GitHub and open source development in general, but would this be something that could be added as an enhancement so I can get this integration to work?
