[FEATURE] Allow Multipolygon/Multipart AOI Imports #534
Description
Problem
I'm working with HDX to ensure that HDX contains up-to-date OSM data for priority areas following a disaster. We're using the Export Tool to pull the OSM data. However, more often than not, the priority areas of a disaster are multipart, for example see (https://mapping.emergency.copernicus.eu/activations/EMSR857/)
When we try and upload our multipart priority boundary we hit this issue:

Allow Multipolygon/Multipart AOI Imports when defining the AOI for export.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Very janky, but the alternative being used at the moment is to manually 'join' separate polygons together with narrow 'bridges' by directly editing the priority areas in QGIS or JOSM. This is not only time consuming but also leaves the export liable to include unwanted data that may fall along the path of connecting 'bridges' e.g. the bridge through Israel that is used to connnect both parts of the Palestinian territories here.
