Create New NPM package

Dear Developers,
I did not see any new version on NPM since 14.1.1 what is 4 year old, even I see base on the commit you are actively maintain.
I would like to kindly ask create a new release. If I can help somehow please give me a hint how can I contribute.

if possible i'd like a new release too - i'm trying to evaluate between http-server and other open-source alternatives
