RDF parser reading error

The RDF parser encounters an error when processing the cell ID ASCTB-TEMP:-cells-ins- which was derived from the cell label "β cells (INS+)" (see here)

This data originates from the raw JSON-LD file for hra-pop version v0.10.2.

What doesn't it like? I think it was ASCT+B tables that I outputted the url instead of the CURIE because of issues like this.

Two tasks:

• Extend the ASCTB-TEMP ID generator to handle Unicode character. Refer to Update/expand ASCTB-TEMP code handler #37.
• Use the full IRI to avoid parser error instead of prefixed form.
