Simplify logic of `/datasets/<uuid>/verifytitleinfo` to use auto generated `title` from entity-api

Currently the business logic is to query the dataset via entity-api then retrieve the organ name and donor metadata (sex, race, age). This can be simplified due to the fact that entity-api returns the `title` now.
