- ✅ All fixes already in our fork: test pose normalization, high-res masks, full resolution images, auto_scale_poses defaults, torchmetrics updates
upstream/angelo (10 commits ahead of master)
- Neuralangelo/bakedangelo variants with optimizations
- Beta annealing for neus-facto
- Zip-nerf interlevel loss
- Proposal network for background model
- Not yet reviewed in detail
upstream/speedup (unreviewed)
Action Items
- Review upstream/angelo for neuralangelo improvements

Low priority - main fixes already integrated.
