Bug: Conductivity errors for Blynken & Wynken

Seeing the same intermittent drops in conductivity that happened during the harbor test. This is probably wiper parking behavior as noted elsewhere. Need to cross reference and see if it is the same sonde/Ai1 and possibly adjust the wait time after wiping to ensure that it is complete and does not interfere with measurement. Might be worth doing a bench test to replicate after the buoy is recovered, to make sure that is the root cause. The buoy that is staged to be deployed at Hurricane had improperly seated connector for the wiper, but I checked to make sure that didn't happen on this deployment.

I am wondering if the wiper is stalling because of the shaft seal not the brush.

"The EXO central wiper (599090) must have the wiper shaft seal serviced in the past
year to use with your new wiped C/T probe. The wiper will work harder grooming
the new sensor, therefore if your wiper hasn’t had the shaft seal properly maintained
there is a chance it could stall mid deployment." EXO User Manual p. 88

Will have to factor into troubleshooting plan. Although I keep saying "wiper delay", it's more about the diagnosis and reoslutino of the conductivity data quality issues. Company rep did suggest that sometimes it is just the timing and offset of the motor. So we have a couple of controls within reach. Can adjust the parking position, how often and when the wiper fires, and the duration of the cleaning.
