Bug: Temperature loggers not connecting

Test HOBO temperature loggers, and document the process. What would be the best way to use them now, and with community partners like in Eastport.

Known edge cases:

• Sometimes they don't wake up on first time and need to be reconnected
• Try with shuttle and with USB
