export network in R

Hi there,

I generated a network (Neighbor Net) starting from a nexus file based on an IBS matrix for ~300 samples. Now, I wish to export the network structure to R since I have some code to work with graphs/networks I want to test.

However, no matter what I do, when I save the nexus/newick and import it in R the network structure gets lost somehow... are there any advice on how to do so? Thanks in advance!

P. S. also, some network option are disabled, does this have something to deal with the input data?

Same problem here, I cannot figure out how to save the network structure. Is it possible to use the network on PhyloSketch? I want to export the network as one would export a phylogeny for downstream analysis.
