Add method for dynamically adding message handlers to the Dispatcher

Hello, I'm trying to use OSC through this library for controlling plug-n-play devices for live experiences. I am not only using "conventional" OSC instruments, I am trying to incorporate software services into this for live processing.

This dynamic environment doesn't align with the incapacity of subscribing to new OSC addresses on-the-fly. Any tips on how to solve this?
