docs: add indigo PMPL license badge and fix AsciiDoc compliance
Changes: - Add shields.io badge with indigo color (#6366f1) for PMPL-1.0-or-later - Fix SPDX header to use PMPL-1.0-or-later (not PMPL-1.0) - Update email to jonathan.jewell@open.ac.uk - Add badge to License section as well - Make all text AsciiDoc compliant - Remove redundant license philosophy section Badge displays as indigo box with white text instead of plain text string.
