Folders with Linked Reports do not sync (but getting a message sync successful)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Source SSRS 2005 Destination SSRS 2014
2. Select a folder that contains a combination of linked reports and regular 
reports, press sync
3. Sync runs, immediately get a dialog with success, but not synced RDLS or 
linked reports on the destination

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the RDL's and (hopefully) the linked reports at the destination, 
instead nothing is copied across

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ReportSync.v1.1.2.exe

Please provide any additional information below.

Update: This issue may be caused with the linked report being synced before the 
actual report. Report Sync appears to to processing items by alpha order not 
creation date ie:

If my report is called: My Report.rdl and my Linked Report is called AAA My 
Report then AAA My Report can't created because the actual report isn't synced 
to destination yet.
