[Bug] [api] ssh端口bug

• I had searched in the issues and found no similar issues.

What happened

1. 首先在添加主机时，指定了ssh的用户为root的同时指定ssh端口为3600，而非默认的22
2. 而后在主机管理中，进行停止、启动主机worker时，报错，错误信息显示时通过ssh的22端口链接的，错误如图

What you expected to happen

期望在主机管理中操作主机节点服务时，是通过配置的ssh端口，而非默认的ss端口

How to reproduce

1.首先添加一个主机，且主机的ssh端口非默认的22
2. 主机添加完毕后，通过集群的主机管理中，对该主机的服务进行启动，或者停止，就会复现该错误
