Issue with the OP annotation of the gf180mcuD's transistors

Describe the bug
The OP annotation of the gf180mcuD's transistors doesn't happen.
(I tested only the nfet_03v3 and pfet_03v3 devices. I assume the problem to be there also with the 5V devices)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to (https://github.com/claudiotalarico/workshop-analog-2025/tree/main/test)
2. Download the files: xschemrc spiceinit ota-5t_gf.sch ota-5t_gf.sym ota-5t_gf_tb.sch sizing_ota_5t_gf.param
3. rename the file spiceinit into .spiceinit
4. run the command: xschem ota-5t_gf_tb.sch
5. click on the toolbar's Netlist button and then the Simulate button
6. select the Annotate OP Launcher and click CTRL+LMB
7. select the ota-5t_gf symbol and then hit the push schematic icon
8. select any of the transistor symbols and then hit the push symbol icon

Expected behavior
The values of gm and id of the transistors should appear.

Additional context
It seems like the tcleval expression is trying to use the sky130 instead of the gf180
(please see the last two screen shots)
