Prebuilt PNGquant Windows version shows 2.17.0 not 3.0.3 #151

Hi, when I use the --version option with a .bat file with the prebuilt PNGquant binary for Windows, version 2.17.0 is displayed in the output window and not 3.0.3, as mentioned in your last update.
