Dashboard management

Would be handy to have a few functions to manage some aspects of the controller Dashboards such as:

- Copying (from one controller to another or just on the same controller)
- Adding dashboards (perhaps with some default templates that look nice)
- Editing (renaming, sharing, mass changing certain aspects)
- Deleting 
- Querying (audit purposes)
