Work on:
- app/(pages)/_components/resources/Directory/Directory.jsx
- app/(pages)/_components/resources/Directory/Directory.module.scss
Create a Directory component which contains anchor links to the various Resource Cards and one external link for the Student Disability Center. Research anchor links and sticky position to get the behavior specified in the handoff slides.
