[Feature request] Counter before starting the recording.

Please add a feature to enable a counter to count down before starting the record, after pressing the record button. So we can directly start recording within our app.
For example:

Press "Record" button.
It counts down from a time of user's choice.
We switch to app we want to record.
Recording begins.

So we won't need to trim the first few seconds of our recordings.
