Make it easy to fine-tune the Sonar's Delphi default ruleset

Improvement description

In the settings dialog "Standalone Mode tab" the option "Use SonarDelphi's default ruleset" is selected. When then the user selects "Use a custom ruleset" all rules are selected. It would be better, I think if only the rules of the default ruleset were selected, so that the user can fine-tune the ruleset, by adding/removing rules.

Rationale

Typically the user wants to adjust the default ruleset, rather than specifying from scratch a new ruleset. The default ruleset is a better starting point for that, compared to starting with all rules selected.

Hi @pyscripter, thanks for suggesting this! This was actually part of my original plans for implementing rulesets in Standalone Mode (#16) - I didn't end up including it in that work because it's a little awkward to implement (for internal architectural reasons).

Definitely a good quality of life improvement since I know it's a pain having to go through and tick all the rules you want.

a searchbar would also be awesome or at least an alphabetic order of the rules.

Hi @pustekuchen91, you can currently search by clicking within the list view and starting to type (this is a feature of the list box control). I agree that a searchbar would be better for discovery + more advanced search, though.

With this many rules there indeed needs to be a default set and means for finding specific rules (filtering).
Current search by first letters is not quite helpful since for example I want to check all the rules about inline variables - best I get is first "Inline .." or first "Var ..", but not the rest.
