VideoRehabService: Add whiteboard feature #264

Users requested the use of a whiteboard feature while in a video rehab session.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a way to start a whiteboard in a session:
- Users can select who can interact with or not
- Basic tools (to be defined) such as line drawing, text and shapes
Describe alternatives you've considered
Investigate if there's already an open-source solution that can be implemented for such a feature.
