package python3-keras not found

Hi,

I'm trying to install your software in my ubuntu 22.04 machine, but when I run sudo apt install invesalius, I get this:

 invesalius : Depends: python3-keras but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

when I try to install it manually, I get this,
E: Package 'python3-keras' has no installation candidate

Hi @stounej, that is very strange. Ubuntu doesn't have keras but Debian testing has. I packaged InVesalius to Debian testing and I know that Ubuntu takes the Debian packages to Ubuntu. Maybe for some error python3-keras was not copied to Ubuntu. I think you can try to report a bug to Ubuntu about this missing package. For now, I think you can use the python3-keras from Debian or use the Flatpak version of InVesalius
