Local interface lost after reboot

Describe the bug
After rebooting iobroker within docker container, the local interface is empty. After reenabeling it manually it works again

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. reboot iobroker docker container
2. got to instances and check the state
3. If state is yellow got to settings of the adapter and enable the local docker interface

Expected behavior
after rebooting the interface should be still present

• Node version: v16.20.2(18.19.0)
• Operating system: Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye)
