Baseline answer generation

We want an agent that:

• can search for information from a knowledge base
• can search an external service (dlf) for more info (optional)
• yields an answer after collecting info or no answer when having insufficient info / wrong topic
• provides internal reasoning for the answer

The run should be logged in langfuse.
We should use the existing configs as best as possible (GenAISettings etc.)
