[Data story]: Unclear behaviour on "Edit" function on existing Data stories from other users - #267

Subject of the issue
It's not clear why it's possible to edit an existing story made from another user
Your environment
Chrome
Steps to reproduce
- Login on the private dataportal
- Navigate to "Storie" from the left menu
- Select a story, on the top right click on the "edit" icon.
- Save the edited story.
Expected behaviour
A new story should be created or it should be disabled the "edit" function from a story of another user?
Actual behaviour
The new datastory is not created and at the same time no changes are made to the original one.
