Features requests: user home page #338

Feature Request
We want to improve the homepage of the user, giving her the most relevant information she is looking for. User can customize the home page with a dashboard where she can chose information to be displayed everytime she logs in. Furthermore, we may want to show her (at the bottom, after the dashboard, or in a separate tab the user can choose, the result of a recommendation system to suggest dataset/widget/dashboard/stories similar users have been interested/worked.
Smaller features
- add creation date to widget, stories, dashboards (as it is done for dataset)
- add filtering system when searching for widget, stories, dashboards (as it is done for dataset)
