[Search] Search function not working properly with more than one keyword #397

Subject of the issue
The search function seems to not work properly with more than one keyword
Steps to reproduce
Login to the Dataportal
Go to "search"
Type: "scuole torino"
Expected behaviour
You should see only resources containing both keywords
Is it a AND or OR search?
Actual behaviour
It seems that every resources containing "Torino" is displayed
In these case 148 resources are displayed.
