Navmesh generate error handling #51

I am generating the Navmesh at runtime because I need to regenerate it anyway when doors and such open. now I am wondering how to conduct the error handling.

I presume by the name NavmeshReady will not be triggered if the internal function fails? but I dont see what other event would be triggered.

is there a way to react to errors? right now my game will just hang in the loading state if this trigger never fires. a random timeout feels wrong here
