bug: Error generating response: Load failed

Describe the Bug

After clicking the Send button in the UI, the app shows:

Error generating response  
Load failed

At the same time, the browser console reports a CORS (cross-origin) error.

Important note:

The same API endpoint works correctly when called via Postman, but fails when triggered from the Jan.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the project and configure the API endpoint
2. Enter any message and click Send
3. UI shows Error generating response - Load failed
4. Open browser console and see CORS-related errors
