bug: Window Title Bar Issues, Window controls do not follow DE setting, Title bar really small

Describe the Bug

Two issues really, window controls (Close/Minimize/Maximize) position does not follow DE settings
Second issue is, the grab area for moving the Jan Window is really small making it difficult to move the window

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Jan 0.7.7 with the UI Refresh
2. Notice that the window controls do not follow DE settings
3. Also notice that the grab area for window movement is really small making it difficult to move the window

Similar, and I'll add to this that I appreciate the goal to have a look and feel like other electron style apps on linux, but without a menu bar it is super difficult to move the window, resize it, or the like.

@cab938 @lemonzest79 for number 2 it not doable for now, we custom window controls which mean native feature will gone, we can work on issue the grab area for moving the Jan Window
