Improve provisioning script

Currently, the provisioning script doesn't validate:

• If the user is logged in
• If the project already exists when the script is executed;
• If the operator is already installed when the script is executed;

Also, the waiting times are fixed, and can be switched to an actual validation check on the respective resource creation.
