Jenkins acknowledges user and bot-provided comments with emoji when it accepts the comment to trigger a build.

Code for this already exists in https://github.com/jenkinsci/github-pr-comment-build-plugin/pull/87/files

The code in that other project appears related so I am hoping it is an easy feature.
