Place fraction numbers correctly

Probably, the fraction numbers should go beneath the curve, I had them at 0 but it's too far sometimes if the curve isn't near 0. Maybe it should find the minimum of any point on the graph and go a bit below that. It's possible that might be outside the scale, a new fixed y scale that goes form a bit under this number, to a bit over the max can be made a well.

They're beneath the curve, but in the case where fractions are small, the numbers overlap, place odd numbers on bottom and even on top maybe? Or at least push one up and the other down.
