Make r-range dynamic in plot_pfss()

The radial range of figures produced by plot_pfss() is right now hard-coded (for spacecraft within ~1AU). This can causes problem for example when including Jupiter:

Fix this by making the r-range, r-ticks etc. dynamic (or at least different if settings for different maximal r-values).
