small change to Sentinel-2 metadata files for images since 9/24 causes parsing to fail in radiometry/angles.py #330

Hi. I don't know if you are still updating this, but I have a small but update for running brdf scripts with geowombat for Sentinel-2 images from 9/2024 on. The metadata for all sensors (2a, 2b, & 2c) has changed from "https://psd-14... " to "https://psd-15.. " (see attached example).
Lines 288, 310, & 342 in radiometry/angles.py need to be updated (to work with either 14 or 15) for the angle data to be extracted.
