hidden_controls allow hiding volume controls.

I have some media players that work great with YAMP to show media playing information, but they have physical knob controls for the volume, and as such, do not expose volume to home assistant. This leaves the volume slider, and mute button just sitting there unusable in the card. Would it be possible to add functionality to hide the volume controls like you can with play, pause, etc...

Yep definitely possible I've only been holding off because @TheRogueBeekeeper expressed interest in submitting a PR for it.

@jianyu-li I wont have time to get a local environment of this set up for a little while to begin actively contributing, so would suggest you go ahead and add a drop-down option of 'Hidden' on the volume options (Slider, Step) - it's the most universal of the changes I was wanting to bring anyway..
