v15: Tuning Advisory, Custom timezones, DOM level 2 calls, Database Age, Summary footers and other UI improvements

• Parameter tuning advisory (Beta) considering the available CPU , Memory and current usage pattern
• Report generation on the custom timezone.
• First delayed rendering patch to save CPU cycles of Webbrowser. without which users reported the browser becoming unresponsive during the loading of reports above 10MB
• Table data analysis and parameter analysis uses native javascript instead of jquery
• Switched to DOM Level 2 APIs like "cells"
• Merged two header boxes in the report to single.
• Total DB size information in table footer
• Connection / Session details summary in table footer
• Sort order display (Arrow is displayed momentarily to show the sort order). This is also to avoid confusion about whether there was a click.
• pid information is added to the replication status. for future analytics development
• More addition to analysis_queries.sql, especially for the analysis of historical data.
• Parameter checks are done only after the DOM is completely ready
• Analysis of connection persistence.
• Dev: Ability to pass analytical data from SQL to javascript in the report as embedded JSON messages
• Bug Fix : Report header goes missing of timezone info is not available.
• Dev Infra: full comments and empty lines in javascript, which will be cleaned up by awk. More detailed comments within the code will not affect the final script.
• Backend process will be marked separately in the query field, For example walsender process
