work : running gather.sql using pg17's psql
work : running gather_schema.sql using pg17's psql
failed : running gather_report.sql using pg17's psql
psql:tmp/pg_gather-28/gather_report.sql:57: ERROR: invalid value for parameter "TimeZone": "localtime"
