TachiyomiSY does not respect MangaDex extension's "Show unavailable chapters" option

Steps to reproduce

1. Install TachiyomiSY
2. Add Yuzono or Keiyoushi repo
3. Install MangaDex extension
4. Configure MangaDex extension for English language – switch "Show unavailable chapters" on
5. Open chapter list for a manga with unavailable chapters, for example this one

Expected behavior

Unavailable chapters are shown. Screenshot from Mihon below.

Actual behavior

The unavailable chapters are not visible, regardless of the MangaDex extension's setting.

This setting is useful when chapters have been downloaded before they were removed from MangaDex. It works perfectly on Mihon and probably on other forks, too. It does not work on Komikku because Komikku is based on TachiyomiSY.

I understand that I shouldn't ask for help with extension-related issues. However, this might be a more complex issue, creating inconsistency in the extension API between the forks. I would be most grateful if someone could look into it.
