Unstarring an article in starred view refreshes view and current position jumps to the top

Hi,

i'm used to star an article I want to read later and afterwards scroll through the starred view and unstar the ones I've read.
But the issue is, that unstarring an article in the starred view refreshes the view and the current position jumps to the top.
Is this by design or could this be changed to keep the current position?
