add option to filter based on content of an articles link

I am subscribed to a particular RSS feed which delivers news for a video game hosted in both the US and EU regions. The articles delivered are often the same for both, and thus I receive duplicate articles in my inbox. It would be nice to be able to filter out based on the content of an articles link, as "/eu/" and "/us/" are present in them, providing for an easy fix at least on my end.

I was able to find out how to get their US-only link (I'm new to this stuff!) However I do think this feature would still be helpful
