New owner wanted for Extended CPTs

I rarely use Extended CPTs myself these days, and as a result the library is somewhat neglected. I will not be maintaining Extended CPTs going forward and I would like to hand ownership over to somebody else.

Ultimately that means ownership of this repo would be transferred, and I would mark the johnbillion/extended-cpts package on Packagist as abandoned in favour of a new package under the namespace of the new owner.

Thank you so much for all the work you've put into Extended CPTs over the years, John. Your efforts have made a big impact on the WordPress community, and I truly appreciate it. This library is a required dependency in all of our WordPress projects, and we’ve benefited greatly from it. I hope someone steps up to continue your great work. Massive kudos to you! 🙌

I do still use Extended CPTs, I just don't do much client work these days. And I have a lot of other stuff to maintain that I use more frequently.
