Description
Once ICE active with auto mask menu bar icons, there is a wrong display on my second screen.
This overlay display issue seems to be only when there is a full screen app on the built-in screen.

Steps to Reproduce
Launch ICE
Push full screen on built-in screen
Back to second screen
