Shared Element Transition: Is it possible to transition one div into another div (both holding same content but different styles).

Basically, I have a large heading text animated in, and I love to transition that out into another div that holds the same text. both div are in different nodes in the HTML. Perhaps theres a better way than just pin point exact coordinates and timing manually between two elements?

Trying to narrow down what to look for in the documentation, or if anyone has examples of this.
