Console Launcher App not closing properly

Steps to reproduce

Context

I had no Internet connection on my device and app could not scrap data. When I closed the app it continue active in background consuming RAM. If opened and closed it again, a new instance was create. Any instance couldnt be closed even on shutdown or reboot.

It sounds like you are describing the behaviour of a windowed application. The ConsoleLauncher is a terminal application.

Could you describe exactly what commands you are running? Please also include screenshots if you are clicking on things.
