Adding specific IP bind

First, thanks for this project.
It works flawlessly with one caveat. When configuring the program, it occupies the entire port, which can be constraining for servers with multiple IP addresses or if you want to bind other programs with different IP addresses to the same port.

If you could add a section in the config file for binding IP, it would be wonderful.

Thanks for your comment. I see. I think it makes sense. Additionally it would be nicer if we can specify multiple IP addrs like:

# case 1
listeners = ["443"]   # allow "0.0.0.0:443" and "[::]:443"
v6_mode = "dual"   # off | dual | v6only

# case 2
listeners = ["192.168.1.1:443"]   # allow "192.168.1.1:443" with no ipv6
v6_mode = "dual" 

# case 3
listeners = ["[::1]:1234", "127.0.0.1:5678", "9012" ]   # allow "[::1]:1234", "127.0.0.1:5678", "0.0.0.0:9012" and "[::]:9012"
v6_mode = "dual"

But the configuration would become a bit complicated. I will consider a bit more to implement this feature.

If you implement this, it would be wonderful. I was testing this project of yours in conjunction with nginx, tuic, and hysteria and it works flawlessly.

The other thing that you could add to this project to make it robust and future-proof would be supporting HAProxy's proxy_protocol to preserve the source IP, especially in nginx.
