Currently, Jupyter Book 2 is not available on conda-forge. Since anaconda.org allows to create own channels, it would make sense to create a channel such as jupyterbookproject and upload a conda package. Pixi-build makes it very easy to build a pure Python conda package. This channel could offer pre-release packages, while releases will still be hosted on conda-forge. Maybe there is a channel that offers pre-releases already and I just didn't find it. Thoughts?
