Missing backend check

We should port the back-end check logic from jupytercad-freecad here, allowing to check at runtime if OpenVSP is installed. See https://github.com/jupytercad/JupyterCAD-FreeCAD/blob/main/jupytercad_freecad/handlers.py#L8
