Update `jupyter-collaboration`

Just noticed jupytercad still makes use of ICollaborativeDrive:

import { ICollaborativeDrive } from '@jupyter/collaborative-drive';

However it does not seem to exist anymore in jupyter-collaboration:

Likely jupytercad will have to update to jupyter-collaboration>=4 at some point.
