HW designer instance parameter reverting

Description

Rarely when using hw designer, the clicking any instance in diagram and looking to customize parameters with component instance details, setting a parameter starts to revert it to previously set value. While the panel is open new value is shown correctly. If the panel is closed with either tab change or choosing different component and returning to the parameter details, old value is reset there. This is regardless of design being saved or not. When generating with details open, panel is closed and generated RTL will be with old value.

Closing and reopening solves the issue and then parameter can be updated correctly. Plausibly related to kactus2 being open long time (multiple hours) and doing lot of diagram development.
